- ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE. NO BLANK SPACES. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION WILL PREVENT US FROM PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION.
- A CREDIT REPORT WHICH DEMOSTRATES A WILLINGNESS TO PAY YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS IN A TIMELY FASHION.
- FAVORABLE RESPONSES FROM REFERENCES.
- COPIES OF PAY STUBS TO VERIFY INCOME.
- COPIES OF RENT RECEIPTS OR CANCELLED CHECKS TO VERIFY RENTAL PAYMENTS.
- IF SELF EMPLOYED, COPIES OF THREE YEARS OF TAX RETURNS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY INCOME.
- ADDITIONAL PET RENT OF $ 25.00 PER MONTH, PER PET WILL BE REQUIRED, IN PROPERTIES WHERE PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION, A CASHIER'S CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT, WHEN SIGNING THE RENTAL CONTRACT
