SUCCESS APPLICATION



  1. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE. NO BLANK SPACES. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT   INFORMATION WILL PREVENT US FROM PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION.

  2. A CREDIT REPORT WHICH DEMOSTRATES A WILLINGNESS TO PAY YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS IN A TIMELY FASHION.

  3. FAVORABLE RESPONSES FROM REFERENCES.

  4. COPIES OF PAY STUBS TO VERIFY INCOME.

  5. COPIES OF RENT RECEIPTS OR CANCELLED CHECKS TO VERIFY RENTAL PAYMENTS.

  6. IF SELF EMPLOYED, COPIES OF THREE YEARS OF TAX RETURNS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY INCOME.

  7. ADDITIONAL PET RENT OF $ 25.00 PER MONTH, PER PET WILL BE REQUIRED, IN PROPERTIES WHERE PETS ARE ALLOWED.

  8. UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION, A CASHIER'S CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT, WHEN SIGNING THE RENTAL CONTRACT
